If you're a project manager then you need a reliable way to track and monitor your projects. Projector provides a slick and reasonably sophisticated way to do so.
With Projector you can create, track and manage your projects easily as well as keep tabs on how much a task or job is costing. For those looking for something swanky, Projector includes a Gantt scheduler including task dependencies although its equally suitable for those looking for something more basic.
The Gantt Chart display is particularly useful giving you a graphical representation of your projects including tasks, resources, start and end dates, milestones and completion. Although there were several issues of instability and crashes in the early versions, Projector seems to have ironed out a lot of these now and is quite solid.
However, Projector faces stiff competition from OmniPlan, which offers considerably more power in project management and organization than Projector, even if the interface doesn't quite measure up.
Projector is a powerful and slick project management tool and has a come a long way since its early days.
